Submit your photo along with the engraved text, our designer will process the photo and you will receive a 3d model of the photo or video.
STEP 2. PERSONALIZE
Make your item one-of-a-kind by adding a personalized engraving, gift wrapping, a meaningful 3D greeting card, or a crystal accessory featuring the same photo. This will make your item just as special and distinct as you are!
STEP 2. ENGRAVE
We'll engrave and ship your 3D crystal souvenir within 1-2 days using subsurface engraving.
What kind of file format can I upload?
We accept the following file formats: JPG, JPEG, GIF, TIFF, BMP, and PNG.If your image isn’t in any of these formats, or if you’re having trouble uploading your photo, please email us at info@artpix3d.com or send us a message by selecting Chat in the lower right corner of your screen.
What kind of images can l upload?
Feel free to upload any high-quality image you'd like engraved in your crystal, whether it's a favorite family photo, a picture of you and your spouse, a cherished selfie, or even an image of your beloved pet. We understand that everyone has unique memories that hold special meaning to them.
However, it's important to note that if we find the content inappropriate, we reserve the right to decline the order, and you will receive a refund accordingly. If you're uncertain about the suitability of your photo, you're welcome to email it to us at service@doublesbubble.com for evaluation before proceeding with your order.
Rest assured, we prioritize the confidentiality and security of your photos. They will only be used for creating your crystal and will not be utilized for any other purposes.

We want you to love your purchase, and if for whatever reason you don't, you can initiate a return or exchange, we will do our best to make you happy. Ultimately, customer satisfaction is our primary goal, and we will work to make sure you have a great shopping experience. In the meantime, here's everything you need to know about returning your customized crystal.
14 Day Money Back Guarantee:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. After that, we will not be able to offer you a refund or remake your item.
We only accept returns in the original packaging. Your item should also be in the same condition as it was received.
We require proof of purchase. The easiest way to do this is to print out your email receipt and send it to us with your return form. Please contact us at service@doublesbubble.com to get a return address.
The cost of return is your responsibility.

Refunds
Upon receipt of your return email, we will send you an email notification. If approved, the refund will be automatically transferred to your original method of payment. This process may take a few days.
For non-original items, we may only be able to offer partial refunds.
Once your order has shipped, shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the refund has been approved for a few days and you still have not received it, check with your credit card company and bank. They may be able to provide you with more information as to why the refund has not been processed. If they are unable to help, please contact us at service@doublesbubble.com and we will do our best to find out why.
So I can upload any photo, Are my details secured?
Certainly! While you're welcome to send us a photo of any subject, there are certain factors that can impact the quality of your engraving. For optimal results with your 3D Crystal, it's essential to upload a clear, high-resolution photo. Avoid using images taken in poor lighting conditions or from unusual angles (such as a bird's eye view). Close-up portraits of people, places, or pets tend to produce the best results for capturing in 3D.
What kind of changes will you make to my image in your editing process?
Upon receiving your photo, our first step is to remove the background, including any secondary objects. Following this, our skilled designers will optimize the remaining image using advanced editing software tailored for the 3D laser engraving process. During this phase, minor adjustments to the layout may be made to ensure optimal engraving results.
We always ensure there's some space around your engraving, even if your image covers the entire template. Occasionally, slight zoom adjustments may be necessary, which could result in minor details being cropped. In instances where a crucial element is missing from the original photo, such as a fingertip or the top of someone's hair, we may include it in the final engraving. Additionally, we may suggest a different crystal shape if we believe it would better suit your image.
Should you wish to include the background of your photo in the engraving, you have the option to select the 2D Background during customization for an additional fee of $25. Alternatively, you can specify any preferences or exclusions regarding the photo edits in your Order Notes during checkout. While we strive to accommodate your requests, please note that opting out of certain edits may impact the appearance of your product.
